Verinovum Expands Focus on Clinical Innovation for Payers – Hires Frank Jackson as VP of Customer Success
Verinovum, a health data curation and enrichment technology company, has appointed Frank Jackson as Vice President of Customer Success.
As Vice President of Customer Success, Frank will be responsible for helping customers gain full value from Verinovum’s solutions and empowering them to deliver better patient outcomes and avoid unnecessary costs. Using a unique and tailored approach to receiving, curating, and enriching data, he will oversee customer teams in delivering high-quality clinical data, experiencing faster time-to-value, and exercising more flexibility with data integration.

Frank has more than 25 years of healthcare experience working with data, technology, and operations. Most recently, he worked at Change Healthcare as the Vice President-General Manager of Clinical Interoperability. While there, he led the development and launch of clinical exchange solutions between providers and payers. Prior to this, Frank was the Vice President-General Manager at Wolters Kluwer, where he was responsible for the success of a suite of clinical data quality solutions along with the development and launch of a clinical natural language product. He also worked with a startup called Prognos, where he launched the payer business which uses AI technologies to help identify risk and support payer-focused data analytic products.
In addition, Frank’s experience includes 15 years working for payers in various technology, data, and operations leadership roles, including as CIO at Kaiser Permanente, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, as Analytics Leader, and as CIO and Chief Analytics Officer at Community Care of North Carolina, a Medicaid plan.
Frank holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
