Dr. Mureen Allen
Chief Medical Information Officer
As Chief Medical Information Officer, Dr. Allen oversees the design, implementation, and roadmap of the organization’s technology and provides guidance and support to the company’s clinical team.
Throughout her career, Dr. Allen has demonstrated market-leading expertise in medical informatics, strategic planning, and analytics in executive roles with Fortune 500 payer organizations. Prior to working at Verinovum, Dr. Allen served as the Senior Vice President at UnitedHealthcare, where she was responsible for clinical data management and analytics solutions. She also served as a Senior Associate with the American College of Physicians, as Senior Medical Director at Aetna, and as Chief of Staff, UnitedHealth Clinical Services.
Dr. Allen is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the American Medical Informatics Association. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics.
Tim Crowder
As Chief Information Security Officer, Tim is responsible for the strategy and execution of Verinovum’s Information Security and Infrastructure departments. His risk-based strategy brings people, process, training and technology together in order to ensure all employees are working to make Verinovum a secure company.
Prior to joining Verinovum, Tim spent over a decade in the oil and gas industry and led the build-out a of global information security department for a publicly-traded company. He’s been invited to speak to several groups on topics such as cybersecurity threats and how to build cyber-education programs.
Shawn Frazier
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Shawn is responsible for leading Verinovum’s talented sales team, developing new business while maintaining excellence in current customer relationships, and recommending and executing on strategies to ensure Verinovum continues on its current trajectory of successful growth.
Prior to joining Verinovum, Shawn spent nearly three years leading U.S. sales for the master data management company VisionWare, which was acquired by Civica during his tenure. Shawn is an accomplished sales leader with deep experience enabling enterprise sales within technology organizations and more than 30 years of sales experience, 17 in healthcare. Shawn is adept at territory and pipeline development, target market sales tactics, sales team development and empowerment, partnership cultivation, and staff management.
Frank Jackson
Vice President of Customer Success
Frank Jackson has over 25 years of healthcare experience working with data, technology, and operations. Most recently, Mr. Jackson worked at Change Healthcare, as the VP-General Manager of Clinical Interoperability, where he led the building and launching of clinical exchange solutions between providers and payers. Prior to this, Mr. Jackson was the VP-General Manager at Wolters Kluwer (Health Language) where he was responsible for $30M P&L success of a suite of clinical data quality solutions and the development and launch of a clinical natural language product.
Prior to Wolters Kluwer, he worked for four years at a star-up called Prognos where he launched the payer business with machine learning capabilities. Mr. Jackson’s experience includes 15 years working for payers in various technology, data, and operations leadership roles including at Kaiser Permanente (CIO), Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina (Analytics Leader), and Community Care of NC (Medicaid) as CIO and Chief Analytics Officer. Frank resides in Durham, NC with his wife Cathy. He has three daughters.
Mark McCurry
President and CEO
As President and CEO, Mark drives the strategic execution of Verinovum’s vision to deliver data enrichment solutions for some of the most complex organizations in healthcare, including health plans, ACOs, CINs, and other risk-bearing entities.
Mark has more than 20 years of executive healthcare experience. Prior to his role at Verinovum, he served as CEO of Agilum, a healthcare cost accounting solution. Mark has launched a number of successful startup ventures, including ProviderLink, where he facilitated the sale to Covisint, and subsequently served as an executive leader in the healthcare division. Mark is a nationally recognized thought leader and speaker, covering topics including mobility, analytics, interoperability challenges, and care coordination in healthcare.
Mike Noshay, MSE
Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, Board Member
Mike Noshay, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Verinovum, has an extensive background of over 15 years, encompassing finance, business, entrepreneurship, and healthcare. Mike’s passion for healthcare stems from his firsthand experience around the significant impact that clean, actionable data has on patient care and provider and payer quality measures.
As a co-founder of Verinovum, Mike is responsible for all prospective client interactions, including client success and support, strategic planning, marketing, and business development. He is also on Verinovum’s Board of Directors. His extensive knowledge of healthcare and technology stems from his tenure helping build one of the countries earliest Health Information Exchanges.
Mike holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship and is a former Teach for America Corps member. He lives in Tulsa with his brilliant wife and vivacious twin children. His goal each day is to honor the immense privilege he’s been given and pay it forward as much as possible.
Maiuri Ranchhod, MD
Medical Director
As Medical Director, Maiuri is responsible for overseeing the analysis, management, and performance of clinical and claims data measures.
She is an experienced healthcare professional with a demonstrated history of working in primary care and in the mental health care industries, with more than 7 years in healthcare management. Prior to her role at Verinovum, Maiuri worked at Family & Children’s Services as the Health Home Program Director. Before joining Family & Children’s Services, she worked at Morton Comprehensive Health Services in Tulsa, where she rapidly moved up the ranks from Health Collaborative Coordinator to interim and then permanent Chief Operations Officer, and finally to Senior Director of Federal Services and Grant Administration.
Maiuri brings to Verinovum a deep understanding of clinical challenges and business operations along with a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Steven Peterson
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Steven will support the overall strategic vision of Verinovum by identifying and championing technologies and systems that increase efficiency and create value for our customers.
Peterson has more than three decades of experience in information technology and entrepreneurial leadership. He was the founder of a company that developed a SaaS platform for major advertising buyers, where he attracted two multimillion-dollar venture capital investment rounds. He was also co-founder of ProviderLink, a healthcare communication system that was acquired by the former Compuware Corp. for its Covisint subsidiary.
Peterson most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Proficient Health. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and lives in Raleigh, N.C.
Patrick R. Roberts, MBA
As Chief Financial Officer, Patrick is responsible for the financial, administrative, and risk management activities of the company, including financial reporting, managing budget, and supporting sales and service teams with financial strategies that support attainment of Verinovum’s overall goals.
Prior to joining Verinovum, Patrick served as the Manager, Finance at Matrix Service Company, a publicly traded engineering and construction company. Patrick has more than 15 years’ experience in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, healthcare IT, energy, manufacturing, and finance. His areas of expertise include M&A development, acquisition identification, financial planning, short- and long-term strategic planning, investor relations, and risk analysis and mitigation.
Rob Summitt
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Rob is responsible for implementing and designing world-class technology solutions to ensure an exceptional customer experience. His entrepreneurial leadership brings together cross-functional teams to achieve positive customer outcomes while streamlining Verinovum’s processes through technology.
Before joining Verinovum, Rob spent over two decades in healthcare IT developing numerous healthcare applications on a variety of platforms. He pioneered cutting-edge SaaS technologies, including one of the first ever cloud-based EMRs, and designed state and regional health information exchanges. Throughout his career, his unique perspective has allowed him to play an integral role in building partnerships.
Joshua Tietsort
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Joshua has been Verinovum’s General Counsel since September of 2015. As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Joshua provides advice to Verinovum’s executive team and Board of Directors concerning the company’s legal and regulatory obligations.
Prior to working at Verinovum, Joshua was an attorney at Eller & Detrich, P.C. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also has non-legal experience from working in the private sector for both commercial and not-for profit companies. His legal experience includes corporate, privacy, construction, real estate, and securities matters.
Sherry Troutman
Chief Customer Officer
As Chief Customer Officer, Sherry is responsible for building business partnerships and successfully implementing technology solutions to Verinovum clients.
Sherry has broad business experience in the healthcare, banking, wealth management, mortgage, and printing industries. She is a business and technology professional with experience managing teams responsible for project delivery, production support, and development.
Sherry leverages her experiences in leadership, technology, and project management to build business relationships, lead teams, and deliver successful project implementations.
Verinovum has a proprietary Data Curation Platform that can help healthcare organizations make data more actionable, more powerful, and more valuable.
